Committees2009-2010 Committee signup sheet. Must be completed by August 17, 2009Audit Committee -- Develop policies for conducting audits as well as conducting reviews of expenditures to ensure that all policies are being followed correctly. Financial Accountability & Stability Task Force – Develop recommendations to ensure financial accountability to our members as well as developing recommendations diversifying SEAFC revenues. Communications Task Force – Continue to develop recommendations on the best ways of communicating with our members. Nominations and Elections Committee -- Review and revise current nomination and election policy and perform duties as required. Constitution and Bylaws Committee - Develop procedures on how C/BL committee should function and review current bylaws and make any necessary recommendations for changes. 2009 Conference Education Committee -- Develop theme and program outline for 2010 conference in Louisville, KY. Resolutions Committee -- Develop a written procedure process for preparing resolutions and gather information throughout the year in order to make recommendations for resolutions at the 2010 conference. |
