Call for Nominations for SEAFC Board of Director Positions

The Southeastern Association of Fire Chiefs is calling for nominations for the following board positions:

• State Directors (of the following states)
• Alabama
• Florida
• Georgia
• Kentucky
• Mississippi
• North Carolina
• SEAFC 2^nd Vice President

State Directors are elected for a two year term by a caucus of active members from their respective states present and registered at the SEAFC Annual Conference. The 2^nd Vice President is elected by the SEAFC membership present and registered at the SEAFC Annual Conference. All candidates for the position of State Directors are asked to provide a letter of recommendation from their State Fire Chiefs Association prior to the below deadline. The Annual Conference will be held in Louisville, Kentucky, June 24^th-26^th, 2010.

A formal letter of intent, candidate platform and candidate profile must be submitted by March 26, 2010. These documents can be submitted via e-mail to executivedirector@seafc.org or via certified postal mail to Executive Director, Southeastern Association of Fire Chiefs, 1101 Marley Street, Conway, SC 29527
